Welcome to Doter, your personal skill growth tracking companion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Doter ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Doter mobile application ("App") and all related services, features, and content offered through the App (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Doter, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Doter provides a comprehensive skill tracking platform that enables users to monitor, record, and analyze their personal growth across various skills and disciplines. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Skill Creation and Management: Create unlimited custom skills with personalized icons selected from our curated collection of 20+ unique designs, and assign distinctive trail colors to visually differentiate your various learning paths.
• Progress Recording: Document your practice sessions with detailed notes describing your activities, record breakthrough moments and insights, attach up to three photographs per session, and select specific practice dates for accurate historical logging.
• Journey Timeline: Access a comprehensive chronological view of all your practice records, organized by date, allowing you to review your complete growth history at any time.
• Growth Insights and Analytics: View detailed monthly and yearly statistics, analyze skill progress through animated charts, track practice frequency rankings, and identify patterns in your learning journey.
• Report Generation: Create and export beautifully designed growth reports that summarize your achievements and progress, suitable for sharing with mentors, coaches, or personal archives.

Doter is available to users of all ages and does not require account registration or login credentials. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.
• If you are under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App.
• You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You understand that without account registration, your data is stored locally on your device and cannot be recovered if lost.

Doter offers optional in-app purchases through a virtual currency system ("Coins"). Please review the following terms carefully:

• Coin Acquisition: Coins may be purchased through the App using real currency via the Apple App Store payment system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
• Coin Usage: Coins can be used to unlock premium features within the App, including but not limited to creating practice records and exporting growth reports.
• No Real-World Value: Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.
• Non-Refundable: All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify Coin prices and the cost of premium features at any time without prior notice.

As a user of Doter, you agree to the following responsibilities and standards of conduct:

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for ensuring that any information you enter into the App, including skill names, practice notes, and breakthrough descriptions, is accurate and does not infringe upon the rights of others.
• Appropriate Content: Any photos uploaded to the App must be appropriate, legal, and must not contain offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App.
• Backup Responsibility: Since data is stored locally, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss.
• Lawful Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Doter App, including but not limited to:

• The App's source code, design, graphics, animations, and user interface elements
• The Doter name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks
• All custom icons, illustrations, and visual assets within the App
• The unique blue sky theme, gradient designs, and 3D visual effects
• All documentation, help content, and promotional materials

are owned exclusively by Doter or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the App
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on the App
• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Using the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security features or access controls
• Using the App in any manner that could interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Services

AS-IS BASIS: THE DOTER APP AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NO GUARANTEE: We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or features.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DOTER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

DATA LOSS: We expressly disclaim any liability for loss of data stored on your device, including skill records, practice logs, and photographs. You acknowledge that local storage carries inherent risks of data loss.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the App or these Terms at any time:

• Terms Updates: We may revise these Terms at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the App or other appropriate means.
• Service Changes: We may add, modify, or remove features, functionalities, or content from the App at any time without prior notice.
• Continued Use: Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• Discontinuation: We reserve the right to discontinue the App or any part of the Services at any time without liability to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through the following process:

• Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
• Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Doter regarding your use of the App.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
